The device comprises a circular base plate (1) with a concentric hole (5). There are offset longitudinal grooves about the hole in an angle of about 90 degrees to each other. There are two flat grooves (3) and one intermediate semi-circular groove (2) at the top edge. An annular recess (14) is formed in the bottom side on the edge. A guide pin with a T-shaped head (24) is located in the hole (5). The pin holds a U-shaped component (8). A ball-bearing (9) is arranged between the U-shaped component and the base plate.
