Substances based on monoclonal antibody 105AD7 are described, in fragments and CDRs of this antibody which are useful in generating an immune response against tumour associated antigens and have application in the therapeutic and prophylactic treatment of such tumours. Nucleic acid encoding the substances and uses of the substances and the nucleic acid are disclosed.
