A spring-loaded clamping lever (21), placed on a guide-rail (12), is movable by a pivoting tension lever (13) whose end facing the guide-rail has a bearing strip (14) with circle-arc shaped outline. A spring-loaded locking lever (23) has a release button. The clamping lever and locking lever at least are contained in a housing formed of a first (11) and second (15) part. The inside of the first housing part has a bearing shell enclosing the bearing strip of the tension lever and or has a bearing hole. A bearing part for the bearing strip of the tension lever is positioned on the inside of the second housing part, e.g. on the lid. Each bearing shell is formed of a guide arm (17).
