The invention relates to electronics, in particular to electronic-optical converters used for the temporal analysis of high-speed processes associated with optical radiation, and improves temporal resolution and image brightness. The electronic-optical converter comprises the following elements arranged in series: a photocathode (2) at least one surface of which is spherical and allows the electron beam to pass through it; an anode (3) having a working section which is spherical; an electron beam deflection system (4); and a luminescent screen (5). The geometrical parameters of the converter are based on specified relationships.
