PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply constitute an air pressure circuit by providing one piece of a head main body with a plurality of nozzle mounting parts. SOLUTION: A head main body 36, which is connected with a negative pressure source via a hollow part 39a of a shaft 39, is provided. A first nozzle holder 37 (A), which is linked to a branched air passageway 49 which is communicated to the hollow part 39a, is provided. A second branched air passageway 50, which is communicated to the hollow part 39a via a communicating hole 36c, is provided in the main body 36 and a second nozzle holder 37 (B), which is linked to this air passageway 50, is provided. Valve mechanisms 47, which are opened only at the time when suction nozzles 38 (A) and 38 (B) are respectively mounted to the nozzle holders 37 (A) and 37 (B), are provided. Suction nozzles 38 (A) and 38 (B) for holding by suction different types of components 26 are respectively mounted selectively to the holders 37 (A) and 37 (B). The spring constants of buffer springs 42 and 48 for supporing elastically the holders 37 (A) and 37 (B) are made to differ from each other. |
