PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct intelligence information processing with excellent operability and secrecy by setting a reliability level and/or security level of each part of information and employing an error correction coding and/or ciphering method depending on each level. SOLUTION: Data such as a document, a graphic, an image are generated and processed by a data generating information processing means 1. Each optional part of information is divided on a display section 8 such as a CRT by an information part division.reliability.secrecy setting means 2 and a reliability level and a security level are set to each part. A ciphering means 3 applies ciphering to each part by using a ciphering technology and a ciphering key depending on each secrecy level. Then a coding means 4 encodes each part by suing an error correction code in response to the reliability level. Then the data generating information processing means 1 sends and stores the data. |
