PURPOSE:To maintain the amt. of toner to be transported at an appropriate amt. for a long time by forming a cylindrical sleeve main body of a high molecular molding material contg. fibrous filler. CONSTITUTION:The title roll is provided with a cylindrical sleeve main body 16, lids 11 for closing the left and right openings of the sleeve main body 16, and a rotating shaft 9 for rotating the sleeve main body 16. The cylindrical sleeve main body 16 is formed of a high molecular molding material contg. fibrous filler 17, and the surface roughness of the sleeve main body 16 is regulated to 3-10mum by the shape of the fibrous filler 17. Since the fibrous filler 17 is distributed to the whole body of the sleeve main body 16, the fibrous filler 17 inside of the sleeve main body 16 is exposed successively to the external peripheral surface of the sleeve main body 16 even if the external peripheral surface of the sleeve main body 16 is abraded by the contact of a layer-forming blade under pressure and the surface roughness of the sleeve main body 16 is held always at an appropriate value. Thus, the amt. of the toner to be transported by the developing roll is held appropriately for a long time, and distinct copy is obtd. for a long time. |
