CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 46 receives a one-round rotation signal from a rotation counter 48 to detect the rotation of a paper sheet roller 12 and adds one to revolution counter NN of the paper sheet roller 12. Subsequently, whether this revolution counter NN reaches a specific value NNO or not is judged and when it reaches it, a motor 36 is driven and an eccentric cam 34 is revolved by a specific small angle a.
