PURPOSE:To constitute the lid opening and closing device with a minimum number of components by using a coil spring which has a larger external diameter than a rotary shaft hole as part of a coil spring which has a smaller external diameter than the shaft hole. CONSTITUTION:This device consists of the rotary shaft hole formed so as to rotate a lid main body 2, a shaft which slides in the hole, and the coil spring which has the larger external diameter than the hole as part of the coil spring 5 having the smaller external diameter than the hole. The spring 5, therefore, has the larger external diameter than the rotary shaft hole and is fixed freely in the shaft hole. The spring 5 is inserted while twisted in its winding direction. In this state, one end (part) of the spring 5 is fixed in the hole, but the majority of the spring extends and contracts freely and the shaft is inserted and then projects freely from the lid device. Consequently, the lid opening and closing device which need not be machined is obtained with a small number of components. |
