摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the identified result of high reliability in a short time by using cadence analysis and pitch analysis in terms of interpolation in a means which analyzes the frequency spectrum of the call signals, analyzes the time fluctuation quantity of the frequency spectrum and the self coefficient of correlation, analyzes the continuity of the analyzed result so as to automatically identify the kind of the signals. CONSTITUTION:The noise level of a line is estimated based on minimum electric power which can be obtained in spectrum analysis, and a ringing section is detected by comparing the level and whole electric power. As for the section where the ringing tone is detected, the characteristic of the frequency is analyzed based on the frequency of the maximum electric power and a band width, analyzes the hourly characteristic based on the time fluctuation quantity of the frequency spectrum and the distribution and the time fluctuation quantity of the self coefficient of correlation and decides the continuity of the analyzed result. With simultaneously extracting the pitch of the ringing section, the characteristic which a sound source has is analyzed and identification and decision are executed with using the result of pitch analysis and the result of above decision. The frequency of the signals is analyzed based on cadence analysis with respect to the signals which are unclearly identified due to the similarity of the characteristic, and the identified result of high reliability can be obtained.
