PURPOSE:To obtain the title particles having a low density, being roundish, having no edge, being easily compatible with other polymers and inexpensive and providing a pressure-sensitive rubber sheet having good pressure-sensitive characteristics by dropping a soln. contg. a kneaded product of conductive particles with a polymer substance in a poor solvent under a high speed stirring. CONSTITUTION:A kneaded product of 8-60vol.% conductive particles (such as conductive carbon black, metal particles such as Ni or Al, metallic fibers, etc. having a particle diameter of 1/10 or smaller of the diameter of the final spherical conductive particles) and 92-40vol.% polymer substance which can form a matrix therewith (e.g., epoxy resin, urethane rubbers, etc.) is dissolved in a solvent which can dissolve the polymer. The obtd. soln. is dropped in a poor solvent under a high speed stirring to precipitate spherical particles having a low density, being roundish, having no edge, and being more compatible with other polymers than with metals. It is thus possible to prepare a pressure- sensitive rubber sheet using this particle, having longer life and better pressure- sensitive characteristics than the conventional ones. |
