PURPOSE: To obtain a plastic product including high quality bead seal by providing a plastic film feeding means, a printing machine, a bending unit, a frame seal mechanism, a softening means and a winding unit, moving a printed web along a moving path in a work holder and projecting the edge of the web slightly from the work holder to form a bead seal thereby forming a tube while keeping an acute angle between the axis of each frame jet and the moving path. CONSTITUTION: Forward end part of a coil is fed to a bending station 276 through a printing machine 274. When the machine is operated independently, a web is fed to a V board bending unit. A camming plate 218 is then started to lift all retaining rolls 170 to disengages them from a base roll, i.e., a drum. The web is fed to the process at a softening station 158 thence to winding process. Subsequently, jet is fired and the distance and direction to the web are adjusted until an appropriate beads seal is obtained. Printing is started at the moment. |
