PURPOSE:To effectively use facsimile recording paper in facsimile communication by forming said recording paper so that a part of a region becomes a transferrable label. CONSTITUTION:Communication data 4 and transmission source related data 3 are recorded on a received manuscript and, as the transmission source related data 3, a transmission source fascimile number bar code 31 and a transmission source name 32 are recorded. A self-adhesive 21 is applied to the rear of a label 2. When the received manuscript is again transmitted, the transmission source related data 3 can be easily eliminated by peeling off the label 2 and facsimile transmission is carried out. Further, in such a case that the transmission source related data is required together with communication data as communication recording when the received manuscript is filed after transmission, the label 2 can be again bonded to the received manuscript. If necessary, the label 2 can be bonded to a separate body such as the card support of a name card or a booklet body such as a facsimile number directory and effectively put to practical use as a data base. |
