PURPOSE:To improve operability by a method wherein a stopper to limit the working range of an accel pedal by means of a signal from the outside is provided, and through detection of a signal during a running neutral position of signals from a forward reverse command issuing device by means of a detecting device, the stopper and a horse power reducing means are actuated. CONSTITUTION:When a construction machine is positioned stationarily and a working device is actuated, an accel lever 10 is rotated for control. In this case, since the lever position of a forward reverse command issuing device 11 is a position O being neutral, a signal from a neutral signal detecting device 26 is applied on a stopper 14, and the stopper 14 is protruded to a position shown by a chain line. Thereby, the working range of the accel pedal 12 is limited, and a second lever 20 is allowed through a first lever 16 to perform a work only in a limited range, and the accel lever 10 can be set in a range between positions L and W. Simultaneously, a flow rate regulating means 31 (horse power reducing means) to vary the volume of a hydraulic pump 4 for feeding working oil is controlled, and the volume thereof is reduced. |
