PURPOSE:To ensure detection of open and close by fixing either tow dog switches or a dog to a door, and the other to a stationary side part, and arranging them on a position wherein in a closed door state, one of the dog switches becomes of an ON-state, and the other of an OFF-state, or in an opened door state, one dog switch becomes of an OFF-state, and the other dog switch of an ON-state on the contrary. CONSTITUTION:In a control unit, the various conditions are set such that as a limit switch 7 is in an OFF-state and a limit switch 8 is in an OFF-state, it is in a closed door state, and in the case where an ON-state and an OFF-state are contrary, it is in a opened door state, and as the states are other than these, it is in an abnormal state, and when the door 1 is closed, the limit switch 7 becomes of an OFF-state and the limit switch 8 becomes of an ON-state, therefore, the control unit judges a door closed-state for operating an injection molding machine. And, when the door 1 is opened, a contrary signal is sent for an ON-state of the limit switch 7 and an OFF-state of the limit switch 8, therefore, the control unit judges it as in a door opened-state so as not to stop or start the injection molding machine. In the case that the limit switches are out of condition, the signal makes either switch to be an ON-state or an OFF-state, therefore, the control unit judges the detection of the door as an abnormal state so as not to stop or start the injection molding machine. Thus, the condition of the door opened-state can be detected surely and the safety can be improved. |
