PURPOSE:To provide a non-contact marking device capable of obtaining a fine marking spot good in maintenance on the surface of an object having an uneven surface such as a mounted printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION:A marking device is equipped with the ink emitting nozzle 9 opened and closed by a needle 18, an ink jet part having a structure injecting air to the annular outside of the ink emitting nozzle 19 to inject ink, a drive part performing the nozzle opening and closing operation for the emission of ink and the opening and closing operation for the injection of air and an ink supply part. The tip of the needle 18 of the ink emitting part has a shape freely going in an out with respect to the tip of the nozzle 9 to perform ink emitting operation.
