<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a packing tray from laterally slipping assuredly, and trays are stacked by several stages, and make a cross putting of a packing band possible for a tray with a cross partitioning which is built up at a single stroke from one sheet of corrugated fiberboard. CONSTITUTION:For a corrugated fiberboard 100, right and left side walls 2, 3, one half side bottom surfaces 4, 5 and vertical partitionings 6, 7 are connected in order by a folding line respectively on right and left both sides of a rectangular central surface l. On the central surface, a plurality of incisions 12 for cut and raised pieces and folding line E for cut and raised pieces, in order to erect and form front and rear side walls 8, 9 and doubled lateral partitionings 10, 11 into cut and raised pieces respectively, are provided in parallel in the longitudinal direction, and at respective both side ends of the front and rear side walls and lateral partitionings, a standing assisting piece 13 is connected for the constitution. Also, on the right and left side walls, a folding line for double folding is provided, and cuts 17-20 for fitting are provided at locations wherein the corrugated fiberboard interferes with each other at the time of the folding up of a tray. In addition, an engaging piece 15 is formed at four corners on the upper edge of the tray, and the engaging hole 21 is formed at four corners of the bottom surface of the tray.</p> |
