PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small sized pump suited for even a medical field with high safety and high accuracy by reducing cost. SOLUTION: A pump is constituted by providing a unit controlling a change of capacity in a pump chamber 1, setting a delivery phase remarkably shorter than a suction phase, and forming an inlet so as to generate resistance relating to a flow in the case of opening an outlet valve 7 larger than in an outlet, reversely flowing of a substance passing through the inlet during the delivery phase is constituted so as to be suppressed by the amount very little corresponding of pump displacement. |
