PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make printing density constant by sending out printing head driving pulses adjusted corresponding to printing density and generating a printing head driving current to drive a printing head. SOLUTION: In a printing control circuit, the printing density of a dot impact printer is detected by a density detection part 4 to send a detection signal to a drive pulse generation part 3. The drive pulse generation part 3 sets definite frequency data and duty data and generates a printing head driving pulses adjusted corresponding to the detected printing density when inputs the detection signal of printing density to send out the same to a current adjusting part 5. The current adjusting part 5 generates the printing head driving current corresponding to the printing head diriving pulses from the drive pulse generation part 3 to send the same to a printing head driving part 6 and the printing head driving part 6 drives a printing head 20 by the printing head driving current from the current adjusting part 5 to perfform printing. By this constitution, printing of constant density can be always performed. |
