PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely mix vinegar by providing a sushi vinegar mixer with a vinegar supplying device for supplying vinegar within a cooked rice tank and a blower for blowing air and cooling rice in the middle of stirring so as to prevent the skipping of sprinkling vinegar on rice. SOLUTION: Cooked rice is supplied within the cooked rice tank 4 and a prescribed amount of vinegar for mixing vinegar is supplied within the cooked rice tank from a vinegar supplying device 10 while rotating the cooked rice tank 4 for stirring. The rice in the middle of being stirred for mixing vinegar is air-blown with the blower 5 for cooling. |
