PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broiled food cooker capable of shortening cooking time and saving power. SOLUTION: This broiled food cooker is provided with a main body case 1, a mounting plate 2 installed on the upper surface of the main body case 1 for mounting an object to be cooked, a heating plate 3 for openably and closably covering the upper part of the mounting plate 2, a heating coil 11 for forming a heating surface at the heating plate 3, a thermister 100 for detecting the temperature of the heating plate 3, a control part for controlling the drive and stoppage of the heating coil 11 and a timer for measuring elapsed time after stopping the heating coil 11. Further, the control part maintains the heating plate 3 at a prescribed heating temperature by controlling the heating coil 11 corresponding to the temperature of the heating plate 3 detected by the thermister 100, and after cooking heating is ended, changes the heating plate 3 to a specified heat insulation temperature by controlling the heating coil 11 corresponding to measured time measured by the timer B. |
