<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a one-pack type inside filler which is in a slurry containing cement, fly ash, a fluidizing agent and water, can be easily pressure fed in a long distance because of its satisfactory fluidity and reduced bleeding and shows excellent filling properties and small drying shrinkage. SOLUTION: This filler comprises cement, fly ash, a fluidizing agent and water and they are mixed in a slurry. Cement and fly ash are mixed at a weight ratio of 50/50-5/95 to prepare a hardening material and the material is preferably mixed with 0.1-1.5wt.% of a fluidizing agent and 50-90wt.% of water. The particle size of the fly ash is preferably <=30wt.% of overmesh on 44μsieve.</p> |
