PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformalize the thickness of tread rubber after vulcanization on the periphery by reducing the circumferetial length of a block with a large block width and elongating the circumferential length of a block with a smaller block width in a shoulder block. SOLUTION: A tread pattern of a pneumatic tire is such that V-shaped directional low inclined grooves 1 at a comparatively small angle about 18 deg. of inclination to the circumferential direction and V-shaped directional low inclined grooves 2 at a comparatively large angle about 64 deg. of inclination to the circumferential direction are disposed at spaces in the circumferential direction of a tire. Many blocks 3 are formed by the above grooves 1, 2. Among many blocks 3, the shoulder block 33 having the maximum block width has the minimum circumferential length of the block, and the block 31 with the minimum block width has the longest circumferential length. Thus, the pitch array formed by the directional high inclined grooves is selected by pitch variation. |
