PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the rigidity near the tread center by gradually increasing the groove depth of a circumferential groove and a lateral groove from the shoulder part side to the tread center side. SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire includes at least three circumferential grooves and many lateral grooves which are connected to the circumferential grooves and disposed at spaces in the circumferential direction in the tread. A tread pattern has the center circumferential groove with a comparatively small width and many inclined lateral grooves disposed at spaces in the circumferential direction. The groove depth of the circumferential groove and the lateral groove is gradually increased from the shoulder part side to the tread center side. For example, groove depth d1=8mm, d2=6.5mm, P1=10mm, P2=9mm, P3=8mm and a radius difference (e) between the tread center and the tread end in pneumatic stowing is 8mm. |
