PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the blending of a wet soil improving material to allow the manufacture in a construction site and shorten the term of works by setting the mixing ratio, breeding ratio, flow value and unconfined compressive strength of residual earth, solidifying agent, water, and sludge to specified ranges. SOLUTION: Judgment classification test of fine-grained soil of residual soil generated in a construction site is performed to examine the ratio of fine- grained soil. Water and a solidifying agent are added and mixed to the residual earth in case of fine-grained soil, and sludge and the solidifying agent are mixed in case of sandy soil, whereby a plurality of samples differed in blending ratio of residual earth to water or sludge to solidifying agent are prepared. Flow test is performed for the respective samples to determine the flow values, and unconfined compressive strength test is performed to determine the correlation between the both. Then, the range of blending ratio satisfying the relational expression of Ws+Wc/Ww>=0.3 (Ws: weight of fine earth, Wc: weight of solidifying agent, Ww: weight of moisture) is determined from the test results. Further, the breeding ratio, flow value and unconfined compressive strength of the wet soil improving agent is set to 1% or less, 100-400, and 1-4kgf/cm<2> , respectively. |
