PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a urethane foam stock solution infiltrated into the surface of foaming synthetic resin or its side face by forming a protrusion protruding in the horizontal direction on a part of a slit forming a protruded wall or a mold inner wall on the side of being in contact with forming synthetic resin. SOLUTION: Foaming synthetic resin is set in a mold. In a urethane foam molding die 1 for injecting a molding urethane foam stock solution into the mold and molding an integrated formed product, either of a slit forming a protruded wall 2 or a mold inner wall is provided so as to clamp the outer periphery of foaming synthetic resin to be foamed integrally. Also a protrusion 3 protruding in the horizontal direction is formed on a part of the slit forming protruded wall 2 or the mold inner section on the side of bringing the foaming synthetic resin into contact with the mold. The bonding properties of the protrusion 3 protruding in the horizontal direction with the foaming synthetic resin such as slab urethane foam are enhanced. The inflow of urethane foam stock solution is prevented by a bonded face 5.
