PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct desired treatment by dispersing the media in the mill vessel more uniformly than before even when a fluid to be treated is viscous, a large amt. of the fluid is supplied under pressure or in both cases and securing sufficient momentum. SOLUTION: A notched groove 22 extending toward the downstream side from inside a disk peripheral circle C1 in the disk revolving direction α and opened to the peripheral circle C1 is formed to a disk outer periphery 21, plural media passing through holes 23 are furnished inside the groove 22 in the radial direction. The number (n) of the grooves 22 is controlled to 1/15 to 1/25 (an integer obtained by discarding the figures below the decimal point) of the disk outer diameter D1. However, when the maximum number is found to be <=4 by calculation, 5 notches are formed. Such an agitating disk 2 is formed, and a media-agitation mill provided with such a disk is provided.
