PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle valve full closure detector capable of correctly judging the fully closed state of a throttle valve even in such a case as variation of a throttle opening degree signal caused by variation of a pressure difference between the front side and rear side of the throttle valve. SOLUTION: A judging means 58 judges full closure of a throttle valve when a throttle valve opening degree signal VAT becomes less than the sum of the reference value GTA, a correction value PTA and a specific offset valueα. PTA is determined on the basis of a sucked air pressure signal PIM by a correction means 54. Therefore, even when VTA changes on account of variation of a pressure difference between the front and rear of a throttle valve 20, judgment of full closure or not full closure of the throttle valve 20 can be determined correctly by a judging means 58.
