PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the device low in constructing cost by radio-combining a master station calculating the quantity of fed and drained water corresponding to the weather condition to slave stations opening/closing a water feed/drain valve by using a radio repeater, therby unnecessiting a control and power supply cable. SOLUTION: This device is composed of the master station calculating the quantity of fed/drained water corresponding to the weather condition and a threshold value, the radio repeater consisting of plural sets, and slave stations opening/closing a water feed/drain valve. To put it in the concrete, for example, the command of the master station PCL is radio-emitted by a transmitter-receiver S/R 2A being a specific power saving transceiver by way of a radio repeater CE0 3 with a transmitter-receiver S/R 2B and in addition the control signal is received by transmitter-receiver S/R 2e and then decoded by the slave station CE4e to open a water feeding valve V15 to allow the water source of a reservoir 7 to flow into a water feeding route 8 to feed a paddy field. On the other hand, after receiving the control signal by a transmitter-receiver S/R 2C, it is decoded by a slave station CE 4C to close a draining valve V0 6C to run water in a paddy field section 9 to a water draining route 10. |
