PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knocking-type water ball-point pen with a safety clip which enables the protrusion and retraction of a writing part at the tip of a refill in a ball-point pen by operation of the same knocking part. SOLUTION: In a knocking-type water ball-point pen with the writing part 21 at the tip of a refill to be protruded from and retracted into the member, a tapered part 13 is formed near the tail end of the shaft cylinder 1 and a long hole 15 is perforated in this tapered part 13. Further, the fixed part of a clip base end is engaged with the edge of the long hole 15 in such a manner that a clip is movable forward/backward. When the writing part 21 is protruded from the tip opening 14 of the shaft cylinder, the clip base end advancing along the tapered part tightly sticks to the surface of the shaft cylinder and the engaging protruding part 31 of the clip is sunken into a hole 16 formed in the shaft cylinder. |
