PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting method which is advantageous to the sufficient venting air in a casting mold and can contribute to the reduction of defect, such as misrun, and a device thereof. SOLUTION: In this casting method, a casting mold device 1 tiltable to one direction (K1 direction) to the vertical line W and the other direction, and a driving cylinder device 8 which tilts the casting mold device 1 to arbitrary tilting angle and also, can stop to arbitrary tilting angle, are used. At the time of casting the molten metal by fitting the casting mold 7 having an air vent part 4v to the casting mold device 1, the casting mold 7 is tilted with the driving cylinder device 8 and adjusted to the tilting angle and the position of the last filling part of the molten metal in the casting mold 7 is controlled so that the last filling part corresponds to the air vent part 4v. |
