PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incise and excise the living tissue and apply coagulation treatment, while holding the surface temperature of the living tissue at the low temperature by providing a higher harmonics supply device which energizes the higher harmonics between a nozzle electrode and a part to be operated through a liquid jet flow. SOLUTION: A physiological salt solution pressure device 2 pressurizes physiological salt solution from a physiological salt solution pack 4 so as to feed it to a hand piece 1 via a flexible hose 2a. A higher harmonics supply device 3 is connected to the hand piece 1 via an electric cord 3a and food switches 3b, 3c are operated so that the higher harmonics current is fed to a nozzle electrode 6 projected from the hand piece 1 via the hand piece 1. The higher harmonics current for incision and excision treatment which is fed to the nozzle electrode 6 by the foot switches 3b, 3c and the higher harmonics current for coagulation treatment are switched so that the higher harmonic current is energized between the nozzle electrode 6 and a part to be operated via liquid jet flow. |
