<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyimidesiloxane improved in printability, heat resistance and flexibility by mixing a specified soluble copolyimidesiloxane(precursor) with an N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone. SOLUTION: Approximately equimolar amounts of an aromatic tetracarboxylic acid and a diamine component comprising 10-80mol% diaminopolysiloxane represented by the formula (wherein R is a divalent hydrocarbon residue; R1 to R4 are each a lower alkyl or phenyl; and (n) is 3-30 on the average) are polymerized at 15-250 deg.C in an organic polar solvent, and the obtained product is imidated to obtain a soluble copolyimidesiloxane(precursor) (A). A mixture comprising 100 pts.wt. component A and optionally 5-250 pts.wt. epoxy compound (B) having a plurality of epoxy groups and 0.01-110 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt. component B, epoxy curing agent is dissolved in N-methyl-2- pyrrolidone (D).</p> |
