<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an inexpensive production with a simple structure by providing a first bracket having a pair of inner surfaces; a second bracket having a pair of outer surfaces; a butting member being loosely fitted at its intermediate part in an engaging hole of one of bracket, while being supported by the other bracket, and having an elastic member between its sides. SOLUTION: When axial oscillation is applied to a shaft 11, brackets 2, 3 displace axially while applying tensile load to an elastic member 8 between a pair of inner surfaces 5 and a pair of outer surfaces 7 to thereby prevent the oscillation from being transmitted to a shaft 12. When a rotational oscillation is applied to the shaft 11, the brackets 2, 3 displaces in the rotating direction to thereby prevent the oscillation from being transmitted to the shaft 12. At the time of absorbing each oscillation, the rod 10 displaces inside an engaging hole 9. During the time when torque is small, rotating force is transmitted while compression load is applied to the elastic member 8, and when the torque becomes large, the rod 10 is in contact with the widthwise inner edge side of the engaging hole 9 to thereby transmitting the rotation force.
