摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an optically active substance of aβ-blocker suitable for mass production or an industrial scale at a low production cost according to simple operations. SOLUTION: An optically active isomeric mixture of aβ-blocker represented by the formula (R<1> denotes an aromatic hydrocarbon group which may contain a hetero-atom; R<2> denotes hydrogen atom or methyl group) is optically resolved with an optically active poly(dimethylpinanylsilylnorbornadiene) membrane to afford an optically activeβ-blocker.
