PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakproof prelubricated bearing. SOLUTION: This production process comprises heating a mixture comprising a lube oil and a high-molecular-weight polyolefin powder or an ultrahigh- molecular-weight polyolefin powder to 90-120 deg.C to form a semisolid, heating this semisolid in the state in which it is pourable into the bearing to a temperature equal to or higher than the gelation point of the high-molecular-weight polyolefin or the ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyolefin and solidifying it by cooling.
