SOLUTION: A control device 10 comprises a pedal side rotation sensor 58 detecting a rotational speed St of a pedal side transmitting shaft 44, motor side rotation sensor 60 detecting a rotational speed Sm of a motor side transmitting shaft 48, control means 14 controlling a rotational speed of a motor 46 so as to synchronize the rotational speed Sm to the rotational speed St and a crank rotational position sensor 16 detecting a rotational position Pt of a crank.
