The invention relates to a method for joining together flat and essentially plane objects, in which the two objects are fed forwards along an upper and lower conveyor, respectively, to a joining position, the lower object being coated with adhesive before the joining position. The invention is characterized in that the two objects at the joining position are oriented in relation to each other, and in that the objects at the joining position are pressed together at their front edge, as viewed in the direction of feed. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method. |
