PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for a user of a training apparatus to practice training in training conditions matching his/her athletic ability and skill while watching training images presented on the display. SOLUTION: A training condition calculating section 10 works out the training conditions applicable for the next time of training based on the results obtained by the action detecting sections 6-8 and on the data on the training images for the training just undergone, and at the next time of training, an image display processing section 12 presents on a display section 13 the training images which match the training conditions worked out by the training condition calculating section 10. Also, the training condition calculating section 10 works out the load that an training equipment 1 brings upon the main shaft 3 at the next time of training based on the results obtained by the action detecting section 8 for the training just undergone, and adjusts the load control section 9 so as to let the load bear upon the main shaft 3 at the next time of training. |
