PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the above composition, containing a hydrolysate of yeast and a diuretic and useful for prevention, improvement and treatment of morbid skin irritation due to atopic dermatitis and irregular living rhythm. SOLUTION: This composition includes (A) a hydrolysate of yeast and (B) a diuretic at a weight rate of 3:7-7:3. As the component A, a product obtained by hydrolyzing bear yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae) with a protease is preferable. It is preferable to use pepsin as a protease. In order to hydrolyze the yeast with protease, water 2-20 time amount of the yeast water and protease 1/100-1/10 time of the yeast are added to the yeast and the mixture is favorably allowed to react for several days at 35-40 deg.C. As the component B, a product after removal of the solvent from an aqueous extract of Polyporaceae ganoderma lucidum is combined together with a product after removal of the solvent from an aqueous extract of Kochiae fructus which consists of a dried fruit of Chenopodiaceae kochia scoparia schrad. It is favorable to use Ganoderma lucidum and Kochia scoparia schrad at a ratio of 1:3-3:1. |
