PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive bread crumb-like food by a new production process capable of diversifying the raw material and continuous production and produce coating of fry excellent in stability with time and fry frozen food capable of keeping crispy property (crisp feeling to eat) even thawed microwavery. SOLUTION: This food is obtained by preparing a premix composed of one or more kinds of wheat flour, starch powder, cereal flour, fibrous foods material as principle components and additional saccharides, fats, dairy product, proteins, flavor enhancer, amino acids, bodying agents, antioxidants, dye stuff, sweeteners if required, then adding an emulsifier, blowing agent, one or more kinds of alcohol, the premix is compounded with water, fried, deoiled and cooled. |
