PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sushi rice heat insulating device which can hold a large amount of sushi rice at proper temperature for a long time in a narrow place without making the sushi rice dry. SOLUTION: The inside of a housing 10 is partitioned into two upper and lower stages of an upper container storage part and a lower container storage part across a control part 10b; and the upper container storage part stores a container 50 on a drop basis and the lower container storage part stores a container 50 on a drawer basis. The upper container storage part and lower container storage part have heaters installed as heating means at their bottom parts. |
