PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain good construction workability and satisfactory development of strength for both of the newly-laying railway and the existing railway by using different and more suitable setting modifiers separately in the grouting material of cement-bitumen for new and existing railways on high-temperature construction execution work for railways. SOLUTION: In a cement-bitumen grouting material on high-temperature execution work for railways, different additives are separately used for the newly laying railway (1) and the already laid railway (2), as will be described below. (1) For the newly laying railway, an inorganic fine powder mainly comprising a normally hardening calcium sulfoaluminate as a shrinkage- compensating admixture and, as a setting modifier, is used a formulation mainly comprising a modified methylol-melamine condensate and a modified lignin of delayed high-performance water reducing agent. (2) For the existing railways, an inorganic fine powder mainly comprising a formulation of a quick hardening calcium aluminate and gypsum and a silica component is used as a shrink- compensating admixture and a combination of a formulation of inorganic salts and organic acids with a delayed high-performance water reducing agent used in (1) is used as a setting modifier. |
