<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively treat exhaust gas, to remove smoke and to eliminate harmful substance by discharging the exhaust gas generated by burning a waste product into a plurally partitioned water tank in a fine bubble form and passing through underwater plural times. SOLUTION: The exhaust gas generated from incineration of an industrial waste product, and a general waste product, etc., is passed underwater in the water tank through an exhaust gas blast pipe 2, and passed through underwater once more through a secondary exhaust gas pipe 3 and further passed through underwater through a third exhaust gas pipe 4 and sent out with an exhaust gas sending-out pipe 5. Like this, the exhaust gas is directly passed through underwater, made into a fine bubble form and is floated in the water tank and the fine bubbles collide with a wire net 6-1 in the water tank to make the smoke and water-soluble substance ease to be dissolved into the water and such a process is repeated three times to dissolve them into the water and then the smoke and water-soluble substance are removed. Since the water temp. of the aqueous solution (dissolved water) rises, the solution is cooled with a heat exchanger and is filtered with a filter of an aqueous solution filter device and then the filtrate is fed back to the water tank with a circulation pump. Thus, the exhaust gas is treated at a low cost.</p> |
