<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily select the blowing pressure of joining sand and to obtain high sticking strength of the joining sand by supplying the compressed air into a hopper nozzle and blown-injecting and filling up the joining sand into recessed parts demarcated on joining surfaces of partial cores. SOLUTION: The compressed air in a receiver tank 13 is supplied into the hopper nozzle 5 at the arbitrary pressure by opening a switch valve 12 in the condition of reciving the necessary quantity of joining sand into the hopper nozzle 5. The joining sand in the hopper nozzle 5 is blown toward the recessed parts 2B together with the compressed air and injected and filled up into the recessed parts 2B and also, the compressed air is escaped to the upper part of a joining sand chute 15 and blown-injects and fills up the joining sand into the recessed parts 2B to complete the filling-up of the joining sand at the finish recessed part 2B. Successively, after elevating the chute 15 from the partial cores 2, 2A by working an elevating mechanism 14, a core receiving jig 3 is shifted to a right direction by one pitch and the following recessed part 2B is positioned to below the chute 15.</p> |
