<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for treating confidential papers, papers, capable of preventing that waste paper is wound on the rotation shaft of a stirring blade or retained in a water tank, when the confidential papers are wet-treated as the waste paper. SOLUTION: An extension member 92 for extending a rotation shaft 32 up to the surface of water is threadedly attached and fixed to the rotation shaft 32 on a part for attaching a stirring blade 94 in the water tank 21.</p> |
