SOLUTION: Through holes Be are formed at a printing plate making sheet B to make it possible to discriminate the front or rear of the sheet B, and the part of a seal character label Bd can be accurately printed. The holes Be are formed as a pair to eliminate the specification of the front or rear in the case of feeding the sheet B. That is, since the label Bd is formed at the center of the sheet B and the pair of the holes Be are formed at the positions of a point symmetry, any of the long side direction may be inserted previously. In this sheet B, a base sheet Ba is achromatic color and the adhesive sheet Bb is chromatic color, and the front or rear can be identified according to the color difference.
