<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit the cut-off effect of a cable band part over a long period and prevent the penetration of rainwater in repairing by filling a cut-off material in the lower layer of a sealing material in non-adhesion. SOLUTION: A backup material 8 is filled in the clearance of a cable band 5, and a cut-off material 9 is filled on the surface layer so that it overlaps both the exposed element wire part 2a of the cable band 5 end part and an anticorrosive coating 3 and the section has a truncated conical side surface form. A bond breaker 11 is stuck to the surface of the cut-off material 9 over the whole surface, and the surface is covered with a sealing material 10. Thus, even when the sealing material 10 on the surface layer is cracked or peeled, the cracking or peeling is never propagated to the cut-off material 9 on the lower layer, and penetration of moisture into a cable can be prevented. Since the sealing material 10 can be easily removed in the repair of the sealing material 10, and the element wire 2 is never exposed by the cut-off material 9, no moisture is penetrated into the cable in the course of repairing.</p> |
