Azo dyes of the formula <IMAGE> (1) in which R1 is hydrogen or substituted or unsubstituted phenylamino, R2 is hydrogen, amino or N-mono- or N,N-di-C1-C4alkylamino, R3 is hydrogen or hydroxyl, R4 is hydrogen, C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4alkoxy, C2-C4alkanoylamino, ureido or halogen and K is as defined in claim 1, the azo dyes of the formula (1) comprising at least one and not more than two sulfo groups, are particularly suitable for dyeing or printing cellulosic fibre materials or naturally occurring or synthetic polyamide fibre materials with a high dyeing yield, and give dyeings and prints with good fastness properties.
