Control system for fluid distribution installations. Control system for fluid distribution installations, basically consisting of a monitoring and control centre CMC based on a personal computer PC or workstation WS and some remote stations REMs for operation, metering and measurement, which is centralized so that the REMs carry out the processes ordered by the CMC which also performs functions directed towards running the network. The system is structured as a branching star, so that the REMs are connected to one another on the same cable forming branches, while the CMC can be placed at any end of a branch. Communications between the CMC and the REMs are via a two-wire cable and the REMs are supplied by the same communications cable, any type of cable being able to be used (Figure 1). <IMAGE>
